Adding Team Members to your StarfishETL Instance
Adding users to your instance is an easy process that only
requires a few steps. During this process, you can also assign access to
specific projects within the account.
- Log into your StarfishETL instance.
- Click on the “Setup” tab in the toolbar.
- From the drop menu, select ‘Team Members’.
- Refer to Image 1 below for reference.
*Image 1- Add New Members: Click on the ‘Add Members’ icon located at the top of the toolbar.
- Refer to image 2 below for reference.
*Image 2- Add New Team Member Details: A pop-up window will appear. Enter the required details in the fields provided to add the new team member.
- Refer
to Image 3 below for guidance.
- The default permission for all SETL users is "Member." Please select.
- For SETL partners, select "Partner" to grant full access.
- You can also assign the new team member access to specific active jobs by selecting them in the "Allowed Project" box.
- Use the drop-down menu to choose the relevant projects.
*Image 3.- Send Invitation to New Team Member: After entering all the required information, click on "Invite New Member."
The new team member will receive an email from SETL with an invitation to join. To be added to the specific SETL instance, the team member must accept the invitation by following the instructions in the email.
